Whichever service you commission, the process does not change.
It is the consistency that makes the output defensible.

Tell us what you need confirmed
Send the location and the specific questions you want answered. If the brief is vague we will come back and tighten it with you, because a vague brief produces a useless report.

We agree the scope in writing
You get back a written scope: the location, the questions we will answer, the method and what you receive at the end. Nothing outside it is part of the job unless we both agree a change, so there is no argument later about what was covered.

We quote, and the work starts once payment is in
A fixed price against that scope, on a quotation or invoice. Standard local travel is included. Exceptional travel and any official search fee are shown as separate lines and agreed first. Smaller verification assignments are paid in full before we start; larger investigations are split in half, with the balance due before the final report is released. We confirm your payment in writing and brief the researcher the same day.

A vetted researcher is assigned
The assignment goes to a researcher in that region who speaks the local language, has passed our identity and reference checks, and has signed our confidentiality terms.

They go, and the evidence is captured
Photographs are taken with location and time recorded by the device, not typed in afterwards. Interviews are logged as they happen. Nothing is reconstructed from memory later.

We review, then deliver
A second person checks the evidence against the brief before anything reaches you. You receive the report, the underlying evidence, and a clear statement of anything that could not be confirmed.
